The shop has a lot of resources to troubleshoot problems and fix them in the most efficient manner. This page will give you an idea of what these resources are and how they are applied. I have 3 pc’s, One is for Administration, one is for testing software/ hardware / data recovery and scanning drives. The last is my file server which I use to efficiently install software on pc’s in my shop. If your pc does not have an office program I install the free OpenOffice.org program which allows you to make documents, spread sheets, presentations and more. You can actually open Microsoft documents with this program. I have every tool needed for disassembling any computer or laptop. Any computer that comes into the shop is opened up and fans examined. All wire, cables are checked and all cards are checked for firm seating. The pc is also blown out to ensure long life. My guard dog and family pet “Ben” will make sure no one makes off with your computer or mine.
